OUR APPROACH

Email isn't a notice board; it is a message written for the right person, at the right moment.

WHAT WE DO

From a list to a relationship, planned communication.

Instead of mass sends, we build flows that work according to the stage the customer is in.

01

List and consent management

We set up sign-up forms, explicit consent and subscription preferences in line with data protection law. A healthy list is the foundation of everything.

  • Sign-up forms and incentives
  • Consent and preference centre
  • List hygiene
02

Segmentation

We group subscribers by interest, purchase history and engagement, and send each group its own message.

  • Behaviour and interest segments
  • Purchase history
  • Engagement levels
03

Automation flows

We build flows triggered by the customer's journey, from welcome to repeat purchase.

  • Welcome series
  • Cart and browse reminders
  • Win-back flows
04

Content, design and deliverability

We design templates that read well on mobile, write the messages and make sure emails reach the inbox.

  • Template design
  • Copy and subject lines
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC

FLOWS WE BUILD

Set up once, working every day.

Unlike campaigns, automation flows run continuously and kick in based on the customer's behaviour.

01

Welcome

A short series that introduces the brand to new subscribers, sets expectations and makes the first step easy.

02

Cart and interest reminders

A well-timed, measured reminder for users who leave products in the cart or look at a product.

03

Repeat purchase and win-back

A repeat-purchase reminder based on how long the product lasts; a win-back series for subscribers who haven't engaged for a while.

Ohora

Number one in Turkey for “jel tırnak” (gel nails)

Mission report

“Jel tırnak” (gel nails) is one of the most searched and most competitive terms in the category. When we started, the brand sat at position 10: on page one, but at the bottom, where few clicks land.

  1. We mapped what people want to know when they search “jel tırnak”: how to apply it, how long it lasts, how to remove it, which to choose.
  2. Category and product pages were restructured to answer those questions.
  3. We built guide content around the main term and linked it all to the category page.
  4. Technical foundations such as speed, indexing and structured data for products and FAQs were strengthened.
  5. Rankings were tracked monthly and content refreshed regularly, following a long-term plan instead of quick tactics.

The long-term work climbed step by step from position 10 to first place in month seven. Today the brand ranks number one in all of Turkey for “jel tırnak”.

Kamaksan Makina

ROAS up 2.3x on the same budget

Mission report

The ad budget was spent every month, but it was unclear which campaigns drove sales. The goal was a better return on each lira, not a bigger budget.

  1. We set up and verified conversion tracking so each sales action could be measured.
  2. The account was rebuilt around product groups, each with its own budget and target.
  3. Negative keyword lists from search term reports cut irrelevant clicks.
  4. Ad copy and landing page match were refreshed per product group.
  5. Bidding was set to a return target and tuned weekly.

Without a bigger budget, return on ad spend rose 2.3x and reached 7.9: every lira spent on ads brought back about 7.9 in revenue.

Vanity Clinic

New domain, 72% more organic traffic

Mission report

An aesthetic clinic serving patients from abroad in several languages was moving to a new platform and a new domain at once. Organic search was its main source of patients, and a domain change usually means months of lost traffic.

  1. We listed every URL on the old site, matched each one to its new address and built the 301 redirect map page by page.
  2. Every language version and the hreflang setup were kept one to one.
  3. Titles, descriptions and content moved to the new platform without loss.
  4. We filed a change of address in Search Console and submitted the new sitemaps.
  5. In the weeks after launch we watched crawl errors, 404s and ranking drops daily and fixed them right away.

In its first five months the new domain beat the old site’s last five: organic clicks up 72%, impressions up 33%, with better click-through rate and average position.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Before we start.

Which email platform do you work with?

We can work with your current platform. If you don't have one yet, we choose one together that fits your needs and budget.

What do you pay attention to regarding data protection and consent?

We only send commercial messages to people who have given explicit consent. We set up sign-up forms, consent records and the unsubscribe option accordingly.

Our list is small. Is it still worth it?

Yes. A small but opted-in and relevant list performs better than a large, uninterested one. We also plan list growth as part of the work.

Our emails land in spam. Can you fix it?

We first review your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, sending habits and list quality. Most problems are solved in these three areas.

How often should we send emails?

Content and segment decide the frequency. Automation flows run continuously; campaigns are planned on a calendar that doesn't tire subscribers.
