META ADS

Not more forms.
Better demand.

We build Facebook and Instagram ads around a demand goal. Lead forms, campaign structure and measurement are parts of the same plan.

OUR APPROACH

The number of forms alone is not success. The real goal is more demand that can turn into sales.

WHAT WE DO

An account on Facebook and Instagram that brings in demand.

In Meta ads the budget is often split across too many campaigns, and the ad that works gets overlooked. We handle four areas together.

01

Lead form ads

We keep the form short but selective. The right questions filter out irrelevant submissions from the very start.

  • Instant form setup
  • Qualifying questions
  • CRM and email sync
02

Campaign structure

We merge campaigns that compete with each other and switch off the ones that do not deliver. The budget gathers in fewer, stronger campaigns.

  • Campaign and ad set structure
  • Audience segmentation
  • Budget allocation
03

Creative and message

We find out why a working ad works, then multiply that message and visual in new variations.

  • Image and video variations
  • Message tests
  • Creative fatigue monitoring
04

Measurement and lead quality

We track not only the number of forms but also how valuable each enquiry is for the sales team.

  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API
  • Quality feedback from the sales team
  • Monthly performance report

WHERE WE LOOK FIRST

What we check first when we open the account.

In the accounts we take over, the most common problems usually show up in the same places.

01

How many campaigns reach the same audience?

Campaigns targeting the same audience split each other’s budget and learning phase. Switching off the unnecessary ones is often the first win.

02

Are the incoming forms really customers?

Forms that are too easy to fill in raise the count but create wasted work for the sales team. We rebuild the form questions around lead quality.

03

Which ad works well, and why?

We break down the audience, message and visual of the ad that delivers, then carry those strengths to other ad sets in a scalable way.

Leads up from 350 to 595, cost per lead down 35%

Mission report

Lead form ads on Meta were running, but the budget was split across many campaigns competing with each other. The goal was not just more forms but better enquiries the sales team could work with.

  1. We audited the account and ranked campaigns by results and cost.
  2. We switched off unnecessary campaigns that did not deliver or competed with each other, and gathered the budget in the ones that worked.
  3. We isolated the strengths of well-performing campaigns, such as audience, message and creative, and multiplied them in a scalable way.
  4. We optimised form questions and targeting for lead quality and kept tuning them every week.

Forms rose from 350 to 595 and cost per lead fell 35%. The real gain went beyond the count: as volume grew, the quality of incoming enquiries rose too, and the sales team received more relevant leads.

1.8x more enquiries from the same traffic

Mission report

Ads brought visitors, but they left without asking for a quote or information. The issue was not traffic; the site was not turning visitors into enquiries.

  1. Google Ads was rebuilt around leads, with forms and calls tracked as conversions.
  2. Campaigns were split by certificate type, each sending traffic to its own landing page.
  3. Service pages were simplified to answer which certificate, for whom and how long on the first screen.
  4. The quote form got shorter and trust signals such as accreditations and references moved next to it.
  5. Every change was measured before the next step.

The rate at which visitors became enquiries rose 1.8x, so the same ad traffic produced far more leads.

ROAS up 2.3x on the same budget

Mission report

The ad budget was spent every month, but it was unclear which campaigns drove sales. The goal was a better return on each lira, not a bigger budget.

  1. We set up and verified conversion tracking so each sales action could be measured.
  2. The account was rebuilt around product groups, each with its own budget and target.
  3. Negative keyword lists from search term reports cut irrelevant clicks.
  4. Ad copy and landing page match were refreshed per product group.
  5. Bidding was set to a return target and tuned weekly.

Without a bigger budget, return on ad spend rose 2.3x and reached 7.9: every lira spent on ads brought back about 7.9 in revenue.

PROCESS

Measurable progress from the first week.

01

Account audit

We review the campaign structure, audiences, forms and recent spend, and rank the losses by importance.

02

Simplification

We switch off campaigns that do not deliver or that compete with each other, and gather the budget in the ones that work.

03

Scaling

We carry the strengths of well-performing campaigns to new audiences and creatives and grow the budget in a controlled way.

04

Weekly optimisation

We follow cost per lead and lead quality together every week and share the result and the next step in a monthly report.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Before we start.

Can you take over our existing account?

Yes. We take it over without deleting its history. We audit first and decide together what to keep and what to rebuild.

Lead form or a link to the website?

Both work; the choice depends on your sales process. A lead form works better for fast, high-volume demand, a landing page when the product needs explaining. We often test both side by side.

How do you improve form quality?

We add qualifying questions to the form and feed the sales team’s feedback back into the campaigns. For an industrial client, forms rose from 350 to 595 while the quality of incoming enquiries improved too.

Will we need to increase the budget?

Not always. First we switch off unnecessary campaigns and gather the existing budget in the ones that work. For an industrial client, this cut the cost per lead by 35%.

Who keeps the ad account?

The account and data always stay in your name. We work with manager access.
