We look at your work and how you think. 03 ### Introduction If there is a suitable area, we get in touch and schedule an introductory meeting. 04 ### Decision We clarify the scope and working conditions in the meeting and share our decision openly. Describing a problem you solved helps us a lot. ### Can I apply in an area that's not on the list? Yes. Send how you could contribute and your sample work to our careers email address. ### I don't have a portfolio. Can I still apply? Yes. A short note describing something you did, an analysis you wrote or a project of your own can be enough. ### How are working conditions decided?
